NPMA 33 Inaccessible Areas Attachment

Used as an attachment to the NPMA 33 when further explanation is needed for those inaccessible areas. Easy to use check box form saves you time and eliminates extra writing. If attachment is used, it must be listed in section V on the NPMA-33 form. This type of inspection is a visual inspection only. The inspectors won’t break apart, dismantle, or destroy anything in the home. They can’t see into sealed walls, nor can they pull up flooring. The inspector will use the key provided in Section IV to indicate which areas are deemed inaccessible.
