How long will it take to get my order? 7 Business Days. (Plus shipping time.) We work Monday through Friday. Does not include weekends or holidays.

How do you ship? We use UPS as our main shipper. If packages will fit the USPS criteria, then we will ship USPS at the customer’s request or we feel if it’s a lower cost. Some specialty items may ship through FedEx. If we have a current email address in our system, the shipper will provide tracking numbers and info to your email address when the package ships.

What if my package is damaged when it arrives? Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect for external damage of goods. Damage is the carrier’s responsibility. All original packaging must be kept for possible UPS inspection to file a claim. Without packaging we will be unable to replace your order. Call Crownmax to report any damaged or lost shipments.

Do we offer a Rush charge? We offer a $25.00 three day rush. We will ship your order from our location in 3 business days. This does not include your normal shipping time. If needed, upon your request, we can ship Next Day Air Via UPS at your expense.

Can I order less than minimum quantity shown? The minimum quantities are the least we can supply.

What are your terms of use? The information and images on Crowmax.com are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing that appears on this site may be copied, republished, re-transmitted or reproduced in any way without express permission from Crownmax.
