Affix the Crownmax Service Record Label to the structure being inspected. It makes it easy for you & your customer to keep track of the last date of service.

We can alter the label if changes are needed to accommodate your company’s needs or comply with Association or State Regulations. Specify changes in the instruction area on the imprint information screen when checking out.

Labels are self-adhesive and printed in one standard color. If you would like the label to be in more than one color, please call customer service for information and pricing.

NOTE: Labels are designed for application at room temperature to a clean, dry, non-oily, smooth, flat surface only. They are not tamperproof. Weatherproof labels can withstand heat, cold, water, and sunlight for up to 1 1/2 years. If label samples are needed to be tested on specific surfaces, click here, and we will gladly mail you some samples. Always pre-test materials on application surface(s) if you are unsure.
