Alabama Defined Termite Service Plan is an agreement for your company to provide the necessary services to control or protect against subterranean termites on the identified property.

For our Alabama customers, forms must still be submitted by each company to the Dept. of Agriculture for approval before use. We will supply you with a copy to submit with your company’s information on the form.
